Your Marigolds!

The Marigold sewing pattern has established itself as a favourite amongst us here in the TATB studio, as well as amongst you lovely sewists! We've been having (unseasonably!) hot weather here in the UK, and whether we've made the jumpsuit or trouser version, it's quick to whip up, a doddle to fit, and keeps us cool. Here are some of your makes that have caught our eye:

Marigold - Your Makes!

Selmin's contrast Marigold jumpsuit is creative and chic. Tilly was lucky enough to see it (in the flesh!) at a Liberty event a few weeks ago, and says it is even more beautiful in person.

Eva's Marigold jumpsuit was sewn in viscose, and looks amazing. She made some minor fit adjustments (have a look at our Marigold sewalong for advice with fitting!), AND it was the first thing she's made with viscose. Top marks!

Magdalena made some perfect, festival-ready Marigold trousers. They're bright, they're floral, they're #secretpyjamas - need I say more?!

Another Marigold jumpsuit that is perfection in the sunshine is Caroline's version. We love the vibrant fabric, and it looks like it would be ideal for a sunny summer wedding.

We LOVE Jade's Marigold playsuit hack - it's gorgeous! The colour is fab, and those little bows are so sweet, too.

Speaking of playsuit hacks, Lauren of Guthrie & Ghani made a sweet & summery Marigold playsuit for their Summer Party. The bold fabric and sweetheart neckline just demand to see sun!

And finally, here's a bright and beautiful Marigold jumpsuit, courtesy of Lucy.  The vibrant, happy sunflower print made us smile, and we love that Lucy has taken inspiration from the sunflower garden that she's standing in front of.

These are just a small selection of the amazing Marigold jumpsuit and trousers that you have been making.
