Following the success of our collaboration last year on the Iris knickers sewing pattern and Learn to Sew knickers online workshop, we've teamed up again with Hannah Bullivant, the designer behind Evie la Lùve, this time to demystify swimwear.

In our latest online workshop, Learn to Sew Swimwear, Hannah's expertise and reassuring teaching style will guide you through all the steps to creating a beautiful me-made swimsuit or bikini.

What's more, we've also put together a supply shop of mouthwatering swimwear fabrics and durable elastics, so your sewing will be smooth sailing.

Online workshops are the perfect way to learn from home, with on-demand lessons you can take at your own pace - plus the pattern is included in the price!

Tilly and Hannah wanted to create a simple-to-sew, versatile swimwear pattern with multiple versions to choose from. Oh and ruffles, naturally ;)

One-piece swimsuit with choice of a high or low back
Bikini with choice of high or low waist bottoms
Scoop neckline finished with narrow binding and straps
Optional neckline ruffle and leg ruffles
Mid-cut leg
Fully lined, with optional shelf bra and cups

Our signature user-friendly instructions make this pattern a perfect introduction to sewing swimwear. You can make it all on a regular sewing machine - no overlocker or serger required.

In the accompanying online workshop Learn to Sew Swimwear, Hannah will be helping you to make the most of this swimsuit and bikini sewing pattern by showing you how to create a ruched tummy panel, add in style lines for colour blocking, and how to make and attach an elasticated back tie.

Coralie is available either printed or PDF in sizes UK 6-34 / US 2-30 / EUR 34-62. (Shop our growing collection of printed UK 6-34 sewing patterns.)

Our award-winning sewing patterns feature clear instructions with step-by-step colour photos to guide you through the project. The pattern pieces themselves are clearly labelled so you can see which seam is which and how they go together.

Order the printed sewing pattern and we'll send you a beautiful package in the post, with a full-colour instruction booklet. Made in the UK, our patterns are printed on durable paper which you can use again and again without it tearing or scrunching up.

SWIMWEAR FABRICS AND SUPPLIES

You can find all of the fabric featured in our photoshoot and more in our Coralie swimwear supply shop, along with the perfect elastic for the pattern. (While stocks last.)

BUY YOUR SWIMWEAR SUPPLIES

Your main fabric needs to be a four-way stretch knit swimwear fabric with at least 50% stretch in both directions. Look for a mix of nylon or polyester with elastane (AKA Lycra/Spandex).

For your lining you can use a swimwear lining, stretch mesh or more of your main fabric, with at least 50% stretch in both directions.
