Like me, you may be deeply envying the skills of seamstresses like Ali and Casey who have no problem whipping up a vintage-style swimsuit. Recognising that such a project is waaaay out of my sewing comfort zone, I've been on the hunt for a 1950s style swimsuit that I can call my own (a new one, not thrifted - can't risk a ripped seam or perished lining at the pool!).
I eventually stumbled upon For Luna, which sells a stunning selection of swoonsome swimwear. And guess what? For Luna have agreed to offer one of my lovely blog readers a swimsuit of their choice! oh the navy vamp swimsuit is divine!!! (also i'm reading esther william's autobiography and her stylists used grease in her hair and extra faux braids to keep it neat while she was swimming!)
