Giveaway! Colette Patterns

No less than 20 OWOP-ers are wearing Colette Patterns this week – that’s nearly a quarter of participants. Pretty impressive how popular they are considering it’s an independent business. Tempted by some of the patterns you’ve seen participants sporting? Good news! As part of OWOP! week, Colette Patterns are offering one lucky winner two patterns of their choice!

Which would you choose? Renae is wearing the Violet blouse all week – she says, “I love that it looks great with almost anything and that it's so quick and easy to sew up”. Sounds good. Or maybe you’d pick the Ginger skirt, of which Melizza says, “I love how fast and easy it is to make and how darn slim it makes my waist look”. Who would argue with that?

To enter the giveaway, leave a comment below saying which two patterns you’d pick if you won (just because I'm nosey). The deadline to enter is Thursday 5th April 2012 at midnight GMT. The winner will be selected by random number generator and announced on this blog on Friday 6th April. The giveaway is open internationally and includes shipping. Don’t forget to leave your email if it’s not linked to your blogger profile so I can let you know if you win.

Bonne chance!

    ReplyDelete
  20. Well, since I only own four Colette Patterns there's about a dozen I want! But if I have to choose two they would be:
Lady Grey because I desperately need a new coat and
Negroni because I should really start sewing for someone other than myself!

    ReplyDelete
  21. I have been after Macaron for a while, and I would probably pick one of the other dress ones too (:

    ReplyDelete

  29. I would love to get my hands on the Crepe dress pattern! I LOVE wrap dresses, and I can imagine an entire wardrobe of spring dresses with the Crepe dress!

Of course there is the Peony! So beautiful! Is it terrible to say that the reason why I love the Peony so much is because the cummerbund only takes one button? I have so many vintage single vintage buttons and I would love, love, love to get my hands on this pattern!!

    ReplyDelete
  30. What a great giveaway! I would choose the Crepe dress and the Beignet skirt... two I've been admiring for a while.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Oh, Fab giveaway!

I'd choose the Crepe for my poor friend who bought the Beignet only to discover it's totally wrong for her body type. She figured the pattern would be right for me, though, so she gave it to me. I love it! Made two already and a third one might be in the future.

As a girl cannot live in Beignets alone, I'd choose a Ginger for myself. A nice basic skirt with tons of possibility and great for summer

I've already got the Ginger, the Violet, the Beignet, the Peony and the Negroni.. and I've got the Jasmine and the Chantilly on my birthday wish list... so I would have to go for the Crepe and the Parfait - two very adorable dresses. Great giveaway! (Do I sound just the littlest bit obsessed by Colette patterns?)

  166. Ack - so awesome! I'd probably have to go with Jasmine and Chantilly, although I reserve the right to change my mind multiple times on the last one because I just can't decide. Love them!

  167. In a huge effort to pick just two I´d chose Peony and Lady Gray. Thanks for the giveaway!

I would go with the Violet and the Ginger as I like to start from the beginning - I do have my eye on the Parfait and the Chantilly patterns for summer though. Oh, and then Nutmeg, or Negroni....

  169. I love Colette patterns, because they are adorable AND they actually fit without a bunch of alterations! I'm working toward owning all of their patterns (someday!), and a Jasmine and a Chantilly would help my efforts.

  170. It's always so hard to decide. I think Rooibos and Ginger. Thanks to you and Colette Patterns for the giveaway!

  177. So fun! I've had my eye on the Ginger since attempting to make something similar from a vintage pattern last year. And if I can only pick one more (which is very very difficult) it would be the Beignet for its practicality (although I absolutely plan to make a Ceylon sometime soon).

  178. All of the patterns are great and sewing up a Colette Pattern is on my list of things to do this year. I would have to pick the Beignet and the Clover. Thanks!

  191. I'm proudly wearing my three versions of the Colette Peony for OWOP - It's such a versatile dress! And it's good for work - nice and demure! However, I'm a little envious of the clever people who choose to wear separates! (I miss wearing jeans! As a result, I'd choose the Ginger skirt and Violet blouse, just like you did above!
Thanks all for the chance to win!
