  4. Wow, this is the best giveaway ever! Crossing ALL my fingers and toes :D Well, I have visited all these shops previously, and what can I say? I love the BHL patterns, especially the Anna dress, and I always go back to Minerva crafts for their blogger network posts for inspiration. I love the fact that they carry fabric at a very good price, and shipping to my country (Italy) shouldn't cost an eye with them! Thank you, sponsors, and you, Tilly, for hosting!

  7. I love the name chosen by Dragonfly Fabrics. It is so challenging to chose fabric on the net, there is so much to chose from and so many beautiful prints and textures. Dragonfly Fabrics is one of the places I am always tempted to stop by to see what's in stock. And they have lot's of nice fashion fabric, which is what interests me :)

I've been considering the BHL Georgia for next year's wedding invitations, and I'm a sucker for a polka dot so that pattern and the navy and white spotted stretch cotton from Fabric Godmother are very high on my list! But I could easily (and happily) spend hours trawling the rest, too.

  149. I was lucky enough to spend two weeks in San Francisco this June (even though I had a broken leg at the time!!!). I was staying five minutes up the road from Geary St, so I made sure that someone pushed me to Britex fabrics for a good look round. This is an exceptional shop, with something for every kind of sewer. I spent a couple of hours there and even went back for more...I bought some lovely navy chiffon to line a dress I was making for my daughter at the time and when I got back home (to France), I realised I hadn't bought enough. I contacted the staff, who very kindly posted some more to me. The customer service was first class and this is definitely a shop I'd recommend and certainly go back to, when I've saved up the money for the air fare.

  166. Wow, Tilly with that hoard you are really spoiling us! Hmmm something about the generous prize donors? Well I'd leap at the chance to get my hands on the Colette Peony Dress pattern from Dragonfly Fabrics. But then the Amure stretch cotton at Fabric Godmother would make the most excellent LBGD (that's Little Black Georgia Dress in case you were wondering!). And I'm almost clean out of jersey so a re-stock at Minevera Crafts (more jersey than you can shake a yard stick at) would be a real treat.
